Eskimo Joe's is looking for bright and out-going people to join our Door Staff team!

As a member of our Door Staff team at Eskimo Joe's, the main duties include maintaining the safety and security of our team and guests. The ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations is a must. We are seeking friendly, talented individuals who are committed to exceeding our guest's expectations.

Job Duties:

Checking IDs and verifying legal drinking age
Monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access
Managing crowd control during peak hours and special events
Handling any disturbances or conflicts in a calm and professional manager
Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Top-Notch customer service skills
Teamwork mentality
Excellent communication skills
Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
Standing & Walking for 5+ Hours
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work OSU Football Game Days
Must be able to work Wednesday - Saturday: 9 PM - 2 AM
Must be able to successfully pass a background check

All team members are required to utilize direct deposit to receive their paychecks
